What you will do

• Conduct targeted outreach to publishers, societies, and content providers for research publications.
• Communicate content requirements through email and conference calls.
• Create and track communications to secure publications and address project-related questions.
• Prepare ongoing and summary reports and resolve indexing problems with internal departments or publishers.
• Coordinate with project team members and participate in daily status meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s in Library Science or another advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong web search skills and familiarity with academic library data sources.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present information clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data manipulation, and data analysis skills.
• Customer-facing experience with discretion and professionalism; publishing experience is a plus.
