What you will do

• Build and manage production schedules balancing customer demand, production capacity, inventory targets, and on-time delivery commitments.
• Use ERP systems, preferably SAP, to plan, prioritize, and monitor manufacturing activities while maintaining accurate planning data.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing leadership to align priorities and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Plan low-volume, high-mix production while accounting for long lead-time raw materials and changing business requirements.
• Proactively manage material shortages, capacity constraints, and shifting customer requirements.
• Analyze production and inventory data, provide data-driven recommendations, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfort working with data and planning metrics to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
