Master Production Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, or the hirify.global Center in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $124,127–$151,710 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Design supply chain solutions covering production planning, inventory management, and material and information flow.
• Implement supply chain solutions across the extended value stream.
• Lead strategic capacity planning for division assets.
• Support S&OP Supply Review and Master Schedule Review processes.
• Support production planning across key manufacturing assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of combined supply chain and/or logistics experience.
• Ability to work on-site at least four days per week at the Maplewood or Menomonie hirify.global Center.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship is required.
• Compliance with applicable U.S. export control requirements and assessment of U.S. person status may be required.

Nice to have

• Three years of manufacturing plant experience.
• Two years of production planning and/or lean production systems experience.
• Degree in supply chain or a related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification and experience with inventory parameter management.
