What you will do

• Manage complex fulfillment and production plans to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Review and revise schedules based on manufacturing changes and demand fluctuations.
• Act as a liaison between Manufacturing, Customer Care, Sales, and Product Management.
• Analyze production plans and inventory reports to provide guidance to manufacturing sites.
• Utilize Oracle to monitor material movements, stock levels, and order balances.
• Recommend and implement actions for out-of-stock or allocation situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production management, or production planning.
• Proficiency in Oracle planning, scheduling, and shipping functionality.
• Strong knowledge of master data (BOMs, Routings, Item Master Attributes).
• Expertise in inventory management and production scheduling principles.
• Strong mathematical and statistical data analysis skills.
