What you will do

• Lead the delivery strategy, governance, and commercial performance of complex multidisciplinary projects and programmes.
• Manage strategic client relationships and represent the business with clients, industry forums, and professional institutions.
• Support business planning, workload forecasting, resource planning, major bids, project pursuits, and mobilisation activities.
• Mentor Project Managers and project delivery staff, contributing to recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and retention.
• Guide project reviews, recovery plans, audits, governance reviews, quality assurance, and resolution of complex delivery challenges.
• Promote project management standards, technical excellence, innovation, safety, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, including complex multidisciplinary engineering or consultancy projects.
• Demonstrable experience in a Senior Project Manager leadership role.
• Proven responsibility for technical, programme, and commercial performance across the full project lifecycle, from bid through closeout.
• Experience with contract administration, commercial management, change control, external consultants, and contractors.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring project managers and technical professionals.

Nice to have

• Professional registration or chartership such as CEng, IEng, or equivalent.
• Project management qualification such as APM PMQ, ChPP, PMP, or equivalent.
