Project Manager (IT)

Location: Brassmill Lane, Bath, United Kingdom; full-time, onsite role.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of IT projects from planning and mobilisation through implementation and post-project review.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, reporting frameworks, and project documentation.
• Coordinate technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project resources to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, forecast expenditure, and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular status and budget reports.
• Support change management and adoption of new technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar IT project management role.
• Formal project management certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of project scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk, procurement, integration, and governance.
• Strong understanding and application of change management competencies.
• Effective leadership, coordination, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
• Experience preparing, managing, and controlling project budgets and delivering high-quality, timely, well-documented outputs.
