Professional Services Senior Project Manager (Cloud Solutions)

Location: UK, Cardiff

Salary: £61,388–£79,619 per year, depending on geographic market, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional annual bonus or incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan may be available.

What you will do

• Deliver large, complex projects within agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and acceptance criteria.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate project resources, typically managing a team of 8 or more people within a matrix organization.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, configuration, quality reviews, and project governance.
• Build relationships with customers, subcontractors, hirify.global stakeholders, vendors, and project authorities.
• Coordinate customer acceptance, handover to business-as-usual operations, project closure, documentation, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex projects with changing scope, significant risk, and demanding business objectives.
• Ability to manage project schedules, critical paths, budgets, resource utilization, payment milestones, and change control.
• Ability to create requirements documentation, project initiation documents, test plans, communication plans, risk assessments, and highlight reports.
• Experience leading project teams and communicating effectively with customers, technical specialists, management, and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of Statements of Work, Master Agreements, vendor contracts, commercial obligations, and contractual project risks.
• Ability to apply project governance, RACI, documentation, security, quality, and configuration-management processes.
