Salary: $185,000–$254,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a mechanical engineering group responsible for mechanical systems and equipment design, staffing, mentoring, development, team building, organizational roles, hiring, and retention.
• Lead and execute engineering projects and programs, including budget adherence and development of supervisors and technical leaders.
• Drive on-time product releases, resolve highly complex product and customer issues, and address High Value Problems across the division's product range.
• Integrate engineering resources with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals and communicate program progress to management and other functions.
• Define and sustain product strategy, objectives, and roadmaps while guiding research and development of new mechanical engineering technologies.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure new processes, designs, and methodologies are incorporated into products and services.

Requirements

• Strong background in etch equipment development.
• Strong background in inductively coupled plasma (ICP) source design and integration.
• Strong background in plasma process hardware and subsystem development.
• Strong background in cross-functional product execution in high-volume semiconductor environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within mechanical engineering and related job families.
• In-depth understanding of how mechanical engineering integrates within the business segment or function.
• Experience managing multiple related teams, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources.
• Ability to resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems and influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Understanding of and compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.
