Airport Services Work Order Coordinator (WOC) (Airport Services)

What you will do

• Coordinate customer service requirements with onsite maintenance personnel.
• Answer phones and enter work orders into the CMMS system.
• Schedule technicians and ensure required work order information is recorded.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and vendors.
• Optimize technician and resource utilization, run operational reports, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Follow company safety programs and work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of related customer service or dispatching experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with data entry, workload scheduling, and work order processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong planning, organization, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain an airport badge and work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
