What you will do
- Review customer accounts for accurate and complete information.
- Research and resolve discrepancies involving account names, addresses, and demographic data.
- Organize customer accounts according to department standards and Standard Industrial Classification codes.
- Contact customers by email and phone to verify and update account details.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of office or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site.
