Loan Sales Specialist - Denver South (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Denver, Colorado, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

Target base salary: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Manage loans, including collections activities, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support customers and internal departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Work toward individual and branch sales and service goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer and branch demands.
• Strong customer service, communication, and goal-oriented skills.
• Ability to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
