Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite role

Salary: $21.15–$30.22 per hour

What you will do

• Facilitate the sales process by tracking open orders, managing projects, resolving issues, and supporting customers.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email, including upsell opportunities.
• Respond to customer orders and quotation requests received by phone, email, written correspondence, and outside salespersons.
• Determine product pricing using pricing matrices and complex tables while maintaining target margins.
• Procure and maintain inventory, monitor inventory turns, and coordinate timely material shipments.
• Serve in-store customers at the sales counter and assist with estimating, proposals, and warehouse order preparation as needed.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience selling in an inside sales environment.
• Demonstrated success working with customers.
• Experience with inventory sales and order systems.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in industrial distribution or construction supply is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite and support sales-counter and warehouse activities when assigned.
