Personal Banker - Universal - Federal and Alameda (Retail Banking)

Location: Onsite at the Federal & Alameda branch in Denver, Colorado (80219)

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
• Conduct outbound calls, teller interactions, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty by educating clients on transaction-management options, technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Support daily branch operations while following policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and digital awareness skills.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking laws.
