Customer Care and Sales Advisor I

What you will do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone or through ticketing systems.
• Resolve billing, pricing, service, product, return, and exchange requests.
• Schedule service appointments and explain resolution steps when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
• Handle disconnect and service-change requests while protecting customer relationships.
• Use telephone-based selling skills to recommend products, explain benefits, negotiate household spend, and upsell services.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals and follow approved communication scripts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to ask fact-finding questions and identify solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Strong communication, active listening, patience, professionalism, and empathy.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global products and services.
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure customer interactions.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the role, including occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
