Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $15–$18.15 USD per hour, plus uncapped commission. Average annual earnings range from $100,000 to $300,000; the average sales agent earns approximately $150,000 per year including base salary, commission, and bonus.

What you will do

• Assess prospective customers’ financial situations.
• Guide customers toward suitable debt consolidation options.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Manage inbound prospects; no cold calling is required.
• Complete the certification program to earn the Certified Debt Specialist title.
• Ensure all sales transactions comply with applicable standards.

Requirements

• Sales experience is required.
• Motivation to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical sales practices.
