Seasonal Sales/Telesales Associate- Remote (US only)

Location: Remote within the United States only; US work authorization required. Houston, TX is listed as the job location.

Salary: Up to $20 per hour, plus monthly incentives.

What you will do

• Provide professional customer service through phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Resolve client requests, troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues, and support retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership throughout the full policy cycle.
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems and recommend solutions based on client needs.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, PC, multitasking, and objection-handling skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Reliable internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, using a wired connection; satellite and wireless connections are not accepted.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience.
