Dedicated Sales Support Representative

Salary: $18.99–$22.98 per hour

What you will do

• Support account managers with day-to-day sales transactions and customer requests.
• Provide customer service throughout the order fulfillment and servicing process.
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively monitor open orders and resolve customer service issues.
• Handle incoming calls and assist account managers and customers as needed.
