Spend Management - Procurement Manager

Location: Chicago, United States; flexible living location; U.S. work authorization required. Travel up to 25% annually and extended hours may be required.

Estimated base salary: $145,000–$170,000 annually. Estimated total compensation including annual incentive: $174,000–$204,000.

What you will do

• Lead spend management project implementations and provide strategic consulting expertise.
• Guide clients through the configuration and implementation of spend management solutions.
• Drive business process optimization, continuous improvement, and organizational change management.
• Lead complex technology implementations and assessments.
• Build relationships with client executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engagement team members and promote consulting excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with procurement, payables, and contract lifecycle management applications such as Coupa, Jaggaer, or SAP Ariba.
• At least 5 years of procurement and payables experience in a consultative or substantial operational role.
• Full-cycle implementation experience and at least 4 years of spend management or procurement experience.
• Experience leading complex technology implementation or assessment projects, with strong analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, and client service skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; willingness to travel up to 25% annually is required.
