East Region - Business Performance Improvement - Supply Chain and Operations - Strategic Sourcing Associate Director

Location: Hybrid role based in Philadelphia, Atlanta, or Charlotte, with work in local hirify.global offices and on client sites; local or out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary: $153,000–$260,000 annually, plus a 16% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $177,480–$301,600.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to identify and manage supply chain, sourcing, and finance transformation opportunities.
• Develop strategies and digital solutions for strategic sourcing, procurement, source-to-pay, contract management, and supplier management.
• Design and implement solutions using supply chain technologies, including contract lifecycle management and procurement orchestration.
• Build client relationships, communicate risks and challenges to executives, and support proposals and business development.
• Lead teams, oversee project work plans, mentor team members, and support performance development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related discipline.
• 9+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier management, accounts payable, and demand planning.
• Experience with process improvement, business transformation, project management methodologies, financial modeling, and business case management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Visio, Access, Tableau, or Power BI is useful.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervision, mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, and team coordination.

Nice to have

• CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, or a similar certification.
