East Region Business Performance Improvement - Supply Chain and Operations - Strategic Sourcing Associate Director (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC, Boston, or New York City, with work in local offices and on client sites; local or out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary: $163,000–$278,000 annually, plus a 16% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $189,080–$322,480.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to identify and manage supply chain, operations, and finance transformation opportunities.
• Develop strategies and digital solutions for strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier management, and source-to-pay processes.
• Lead project work plans, oversee delivery, and communicate risks and challenges to client personnel and executives.
• Build long-term client relationships, contribute to proposals, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and support the performance development of engagement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, procurement, contract lifecycle management, source-to-pay, third-party risk management, and procurement orchestration.
• Experience with process improvement, business transformation, project management methodologies, financial modeling, and business case management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Visio, Access, Tableau, or Power BI is useful.
• Direct team leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, and work oversight.

Nice to have

• CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, or a similar certification.
