What you will do

• Support the development and operations of Global Engineering Architectural Governance.
• Govern technical solutions to deliver business value, reduce technical debt, and improve efficiency and quality.
• Identify shared services, duplicated capabilities, and technical redundancies, and drive convergence toward firm-wide standards.
• Develop multi-year technology strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps across the application portfolio.
• Influence senior decision-makers and project portfolios through strategy communications and presentations.
• Build stakeholder relationships, solve complex problems collaboratively, and liaise with Enterprise Architecture groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of development experience, including architecture and transformation programs.
• Experience with Agile Scrum management and strong application development and technology program management backgrounds.
• Strong Big Data and open-source experience building modern data warehouses.
• Professional experience in reconciliation and knowledge of TLM software are required.
• Strong database knowledge in Oracle and preferably Snowflake, plus middleware experience with Kafka, MQ, and Spark.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile transformation.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning.
• Strong development experience with cloud and Docker technologies.
