What you will do

• Prepare samples for metallurgical analysis and examination.
• Perform basic laboratory services under the direct supervision of the Group Leader.
• Conduct mechanical, magnetic, and metallographic testing using standard laboratory equipment.
• Perform hardness, tensile, tension, resistivity, polishing, and etching-related testing activities.
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate test data and results.
• Support mechanical testing, sample preparation, metallographic testing, magnetic testing, and heat-treating operations as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Entry-level position; no prior related experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of metallurgical principles, standards, methods, practices, and laboratory equipment is preferred.
• Ability to apply basic technical procedures, solve routine problems, organize tasks, and meet deadlines with guidance.
• Ability to work effectively under direct supervision in a production-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
