What you will do

• Supervise artisans performing the installation, maintenance, replacement, and servicing of electrical equipment and components.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance priorities, planned work, shutdowns, parts, equipment, and labour resources.
• Inspect electrical cabling, power distribution facilities, machinery, and work areas to ensure operational, legal, and safety compliance.
• Monitor team performance, housekeeping standards, equipment effectiveness, and process continuity.
• Investigate incidents and breakdowns, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and capture maintenance data for analysis.
• Lead the section during crises and major overhauls while supporting engineers and other operational and technical teams.

Requirements

• Relevant trade certificate and qualification as an Electrician.
• Foreman Certificate.
• Five years of post-trade-qualified experience.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures, regulations, codes of practice, mine requirements, and hazardous equipment inspections.
• Valid Code 08 driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
