What you will do

• Develop and maintain configuration management plans, processes, and standards to ensure data integrity and contractual compliance.
• Manage product identification, configuration baselines, and engineering change processes by evaluating impacts.
• Maintain accurate configuration records and reports to provide full visibility for business decision-making.
• Coordinate configuration audits and documentation reviews to verify product compliance and resolve non-conformances.
• Provide technical guidance and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Configuration Management, Technical Data Management, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Configuration Management or Product Data Management (PDM).
• Deep knowledge of configuration management principles, engineering change control, and product structures.
• Experience supporting engineering development, production, and customer support programmes.
• Experience working within a quality-managed and regulated engineering environment.
