Production Planner (SAP/Manufacturing): Planning and coordinating master production schedules, material availability, and production flows with an accent on demand planning, capacity planning, and performance monitoring. Focus on optimising SAP-supported planning processes, resolving cross-functional production constraints, and maintaining continuity to meet customer delivery requirements.

What you will do

  • Translate demand requirements into achievable Master Production Schedules and coordinate production execution.
  • Coordinate material planning, monitor material availability and non-conforming materials, and support production continuity.
  • Track schedules, prepare production reports, and analyse KPIs to identify deviations and support production targets.
  • Coordinate planning priorities across production, procurement, engineering, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify planning process improvements, optimise SAP utilisation, and improve production planning practices.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, Production Control, or a related field.
  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain planning in a production environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Understanding of production planning methodologies, material planning, and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, and production reporting is advantageous.
