Asset Manager (IT)

What you will do

• Own daily and weekly reconciliation between discovery, endpoint management, procurement, and ServiceNow asset data.
• Manage asset exceptions, aging queues, missing assets, inventory positions, and assignment or location corrections.
• Process the full hardware lifecycle, including receiving, deployment, transfers, recovery, returns, and certified disposal.
• Define IT asset management policies, standards, data models, lifecycle controls, and the asset-to-CMDB interface.
• Lead asset onboarding for acquisitions and support divestitures with segregation and transfer documentation.
• Publish scorecards and reports covering accuracy, compliance, recovery rates, asset costs, forecasting, and cost avoidance.

Requirements

• Work location: Daytona Beach, Florida, or Plano, Texas, USA.
• Five or more years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience operating IT asset management in ServiceNow, including the asset module and its relationship to the CMDB.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, discovery tooling, and normalization of discovery data into asset records.
• Experience establishing processes and holding cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority.
• Advanced Excel and practical data skills for reporting and reconciliation of large datasets; ITAM or ITIL certification required.

• Experience in an acquisitive environment with recurring entity integrations.
• Exposure to depreciation, leasing, refresh forecasting, internal audit, or regulatory examinations.
