Senior Cost Analyst (Manufacturing Finance)

What you will do

• Support operhirify.globalonal rate development and maintenance, cost planning, analysis, and month-end reporting.
• Provide data-driven financial insights to operhirify.globalons, production, and site leadership.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory batches, resolve variances, and ensure appropriate accounting treatment throughout manufacturing.
• Lead the annual physical inventory count and support the cycle count program.
• Analyze cost variances, labor and overhead rates, and cost-saving initihirify.globalves with plant operhirify.globalons.
• Calculate ROI and financial impacts for capital projects and major maintenance while contributing to process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least three years of accounting or cost experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous experience with inventory transactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a matrixed environment and communicate across functions and organizhirify.globalonal levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizhirify.globalonal, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a multi-lochirify.globalon, midsize to large company.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA certifichirify.globalon.
• Process manufacturing background and knowledge of inventory reserves, variance analysis, and cost accounting controls.
• Manufacturing ERP experience, especially Oracle, plus SQL experience.
• Previous project management experience.
