What you will do

• Report on plant financial performance, including manufacturing costs, inventory, and CAPEX.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and standard cost updates.
• Lead month-end closing activities, including inventory reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate BOMs and routings in SAP S/4HANA to ensure correct product costing.
• Coordinate and track CAPEX requests and provide post-implementation ROI validation.
• Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP, SOX, and internal control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to site's ITAR qualification status).
• Demonstrated experience with financial forecasting and variance analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in discrete manufacturing or high-tech/optics industry.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
