Senior UX Designer (FinTech)

Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, five days per week

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for consumer, corporate, and merchant experiences, from problem framing through polished, developer-ready designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and FullStory analysis to identify improvements in core product flows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, supporting pixel-perfect implementation.
• Maintain and evolve reusable Figma components and scalable design systems.
• Design partner-brand experiences for the Merchant team while maintaining consistency with internal design standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, and interaction design.
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for responsive web and mobile apps.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
