Salary: $97,000–$130,000 per year, plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Design intuitive interfaces for configuring and managing AI agents in the Agentic Studio platform.
• Create interaction models, service flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for human-AI collaboration.
• Develop design patterns for task delegation, output review, iterative refinement, and real-time collaboration between AI agents.
• Design dashboards and monitoring experiences for complex, multi-step agentic processes.
• Support user research, apply data-informed design practices, and incorporate accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, researchers, content strategists, and other designers from concept through execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating design process and output quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research methodologies and data-informed design decisions.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain design rationale to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI/ML products, automation tools, or developer-facing platforms.
• Experience with conversational UI, voice interfaces, design systems, or component libraries for complex technical products.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations in creative and analytical domains.
• Experience designing workflow optimization, productivity, no-code, or low-code products.
