Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst

Location: Remote with an 8am–5pm PST or MST work schedule

What you will do

• Manage approximately 175–200 workers’ compensation claims across assigned multistate territories and multiple jurisdictions.
• Investigate and monitor claims, determine compensability, review documentation, and assess subrogation matters.
• Evaluate reserves and settlement authority, recommend cost-reduction strategies, and negotiate claim resolutions.
• Handle litigation requests, assist with defense attorney selection and supervision, and coordinate with carriers and third-party administrators.
• Provide claim oversight and guidance to clients, including claim reporting, QBRs, and client claim reviews.
• Prepare reports on claims, payments, and reserves while maintaining internal RMIS systems and service commitments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of workers’ compensation claims or TPA claims oversight experience.
• Availability for an 8am–5pm PST or MST work schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, senior management, clients, carriers, and TPAs.
• Detail orientation, deadline management, multitasking, and independent execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work remotely within a distributed team and travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• PEO or staffing workers’ compensation claims oversight experience.
• Additional workers’ compensation claims management experience across multiple jurisdictions.
