Associate Trauma Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; field travel within the assigned territory is required

What you will do

• Support the Trauma Territory Manager with territory coverage, inventory management, field calls, and account issue resolution.
• Promote, sell, and service hirify.global products and services through strategic sales calls.
• Build the customer base and increase product market share within the assigned territory.
• Attend surgeries, operating-room visits, formal sales training, surgeon speaker programs, and industry research to expand product knowledge.
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities, target accounts, sales performance, and market conditions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality procedures, applicable laws, and industry codes.

Requirements

• One to two years of successful trauma sales experience preferred; healthcare-related or business-to-business sales experience may also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in science or business.
• Strong listening, communication, influencing, and sales-presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of extremities anatomy.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds and attending to varied physical positions.
