Clinical Specialist, TEG (Orange County, CA) (Field Role)

Location: Remote within the United States, with residence required in the Orange County, California area; field role with up to 50% travel.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, plus potential incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the territory’s existing TEG customer base and expand product utilization and revenue.
• Train new and existing customers on TEG equipment, software, disposables, clinical applications, and result interpretation.
• Provide onsite case support and go-live assistance across laboratories, operating rooms, critical care, and other clinical areas, including affected shifts and after-hours support.
• Build relationships with clinical champions, decision-makers, clinicians, and C-level stakeholders while supporting account expansion with the Account Manager.
• Investigate and resolve technical, operational, and clinical concerns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support installations, validation, verification, competency and SOP development, product launches, trade shows, and market feedback activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or medical-related profession is required.
• At least 3 years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably with complex medical devices or in a critical care environment.
• Knowledge of hemostasis management.
• Strong technical and clinical aptitude, including the ability to operate TEG analyzers, understand results, and use related software.
• Residence in the Orange County, California area and willingness to travel up to 50% are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in science, a medical-related profession, or business administration.
• Experience supporting VAD/ECMO, trauma, cardiovascular, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, or critical care clinicians.
