Analyst, Performance Data & Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Based at hirify.global's corporate headquarters in Norcross, Georgia, United States. A personalized flexibility arrangement is available through the Flex Werk program.

What you will do

• Validate data from sellers, servicers, and vendors for accuracy, completeness, and correct categorization across multiple portfolios.
• Partner with Business Operations to understand servicer data and portfolio characteristics.
• Build ad-hoc SQL queries and reports to answer analytical questions and support business needs.
• Collaborate with Senior BI/SQL Developers to apply data warehouse methodology and best practices.
• Improve existing data processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to special projects requested by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or a comparable quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SQL for simple to medium-complexity queries.
• Professional experience with Tableau and Snowflake.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and learn the business and technical skills required for the role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with portfolio management or revenue management concepts.
• Experience with third-party servicer or vendor data.
• Experience building reports or dashboards from scratch in a professional or academic setting.
