What you will do

• Build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts.
• Develop measurement plans, conduct primary and secondary research, and create performance reports across project and campaign lifecycles.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Connect data across display media, websites, search, email, and social channels for a holistic view of marketing performance.
• Communicate with clients about scheduled deliverables and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client business goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics or strategy.
• A four-year college degree.
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
• Fluency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and/or data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau.
• Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
