What you will do

• Monitor daily performance data across display media, websites, search, email, and social campaigns.
• Use reporting systems and databases to create recurring reports and dashboards.
• Identify data nuances and optimization opportunities for client businesses.
• Support marketing initiatives throughout project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, research, and performance reporting.
• Build industry knowledge and relevant analytical skills through internal training.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Four-year college degree.
• Passion for digital marketing, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a changing environment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Excel and data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
