Associate Buyer - Men's

Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills, California, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Analyze consumer preferences, shopping patterns, past purchases, and market trends.
• Support seasonal buying plans and product purchasing decisions for the men's category.
• Own product selection, pricing, inventory, and category performance to drive sales and profitability.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to select products and negotiate terms, pricing, and vendor-funded markdowns.
• Collaborate with buying and cross-functional teams on supplier development and business objectives.
• Coach and mentor assistant buyers and manage additional projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field.
• 2–3 years of buying or merchandising experience, ideally in e-commerce fashion.
• Strong negotiation, vendor relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality control, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.
