Live Selling Marketplaces Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Own the live marketplace strategy and day-to-day operations.
• Build show calendars, select products, develop programming, manage talent, and drive results.
• Lead facility operations, including people, sets, product flow, inventory, show preparation, and execution standards.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, marketing, and leadership to identify high-performing products and stories.
• Hire, develop, and lead hosts, producers, operators, and support staff.
• Use show results to continuously improve programming and operations.

Requirements

• Experience in live selling, ecommerce, retail, broadcasting, content production, or another fast-moving business.
• Understanding of live commerce across merchandising, entertainment, operations, and sales.
• Ability to operate under live-environment pressure and take ownership of results.
• Strong coaching, decision-making, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Willingness to build the operating playbook rather than inherit a finished one.
