What you will do

• Develop and execute customer and channel plans aligned with ecommerce business strategies.
• Lead online sales strategy across key ecommerce accounts and company-owned digital platforms.
• Manage marketplace execution, site merchandising, and digital shelf performance.
• Own forecasting and promotional planning to achieve profitable ecommerce sales objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, and external customer teams.
• Improve online customer experience and execution across ecommerce channels.

Requirements

• Experience developing ecommerce sales and channel plans.
• Knowledge of marketplace execution, site merchandising, and digital shelf performance.
• Ability to manage forecasting and promotional planning.
• Ability to collaborate across commercial, product, operations, finance, and customer care functions.
