Focus on navigating complex healthcare systems, coordinating cross-functional field activities, and increasing product access and sales across California.

Location: Remote within California, United States; up to 75% travel required, mostly in-state.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across academic centers, integrated delivery networks, specialty clinics, hospital systems, and pharmacies.
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for designated accounts and educate healthcare professionals about PH-ILD, IPF, and approved Tyvaso indications.
  • Build relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, specialty distributors, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales reports, map institutional stakeholders, and create business plans to increase disease awareness and product adoption.
  • Coordinate with regional business development, medical, commercial, and market access colleagues on education, product use, and access objectives.
  • Attend medical symposia, conferences, educational programs, and awareness events while managing territory budgets, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in nursing or life science.
  • 12+ years of pharmaceutical, specialty pharmaceutical, or biotech sales experience with specialist physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • 8+ years of cardiovascular and/or pulmonary therapeutic area experience and 5+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
  • Experience selling products distributed through specialty pharmacies, working with hospital pharmacies, and selling within institutional or major teaching-center environments or integrated delivery networks.
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and a demonstrated record of sales success in hospitals and academic centers.
  • Ability to navigate complex health systems, manage territories, execute marketing strategies, collaborate across departments, and use Microsoft Office Suite.
