Location: Field-based role in the assigned Southwest territory; candidates must reside within the territory and within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport. Working from home with up to 80% regional and national travel required.
Salary: $190,000–$225,000 USD base pay annually.

is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing therapeutics for genetically driven neuromuscular diseases, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy, myotonic dystrophy type 1, and facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy.
What you will do
- Develop and execute account plans for a portfolio of priority hospital and healthcare accounts.
- Analyze account dynamics, patient care pathways, treatment-center patterns, and market opportunities.
- Tailor engagement strategies for clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
- Build trust-based relationships and support adoption across the care continuum.
- Coordinate compliant engagement with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, Marketing, and Compliance partners.
- Share field insights, contribute to regional planning, and align account execution with broader company strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in a scientific, clinical, or business discipline is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical field roles, strategic sales, hospital or academic medical centers, or medical-adjacent commercial roles.
- 4+ years of experience in rare neuromuscular disease markets, preferably involving buy-and-bill infused products.
- Strong understanding of patient care pathways, access considerations, specialty healthcare, and complex biologic treatments.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholder types thoughtfully and compliantly in complex patient situations.
- Must reside within the assigned territory, live within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport, and be available for up to 80% travel.
