PC&L Manager

What you will do

• Manage the materials area, including ordering, scheduling, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
• Supervise raw material fulfillment, customer service, warehouse space management, turnover follow-up, and attrition follow-up.
• Coordinate customer demand analysis and translate demand into production plans.
• Monitor PC&L and materials KPIs, including inventory, DIO, premium freight, inventory adjustments, E&O, and downtime.
• Ensure internal processes, standard work, and required goals are consistently followed.
• Maintain CTPAT and OEA procedures and support compliance across materials operations.

Requirements

• At least five years of supply chain experience with knowledge of the complete materials flow.
• Experience with demand analysis, production planning, raw material ordering, supermarket space analysis, continuous improvement, and shipping and receiving processes.
• Deep supply chain knowledge and a KPI-focused, self-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• English proficiency at approximately 90% is required.
