Data Analyst in Experience Design - CoE Customer Experience & Trust (SQL/Power BI): Delivering customer experience reporting, dashboards, surveys, and analyses that turn NPS, CSAT, customer journey, and digital behaviour data into actionable recommendations with an accent on complex datasets, customer segmentation, and stakeholder reporting. Focus on building CX analytics solutions, improving NPS and CSAT measurement, automating insight generation through the LLM/NPS programme, and translating quantitative findings into product and design decisions.
Location: ACT (Amsterdam - Acanthus), Netherlands; hybrid working options

What you will do
- Deliver customer experience data, exports, and stakeholder reporting, including Bain data deliveries.
- Own NPS and CSAT reporting, analyses, surveys, and data-quality processes.
- Analyse customers, segments, journeys, app and web behaviour, and research data.
- Create and enhance the CX Dashboard, Daily Newsletter, and CX Analytics Portal.
- Provide ad hoc analyses and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior management and business stakeholders.
- Support the LLM/NPS programme through advanced analytics, automation, and innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, customer insights, business intelligence, digital analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Experience with NPS, CSAT, customer journey insights, surveys, usability research, and quantitative customer profiling.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualisation tools.
- Ability to collaborate with CX experts, UX researchers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics tools.
- Experience with Python, automation, or financial services.
