What you will do
- Define product and feature success metrics and establish relevant KPIs.
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments, including interpreting ambiguous results.
- Analyze conversion, drop-off, retention, cohorts, and user journeys to generate actionable recommendations.
- Investigate performance changes across European markets and support investment decisions.
- Answer open-ended business questions through hands-on data exploration.
- Partner with product, growth, marketing, insurance, and leadership stakeholders to turn analysis into decisions.
Requirements
- Excellent SQL skills, including writing readable and efficient queries.
- Hands-on experience designing or running A/B tests and interpreting results.
- Experience with cohort, funnel, and conversion analysis.
- Ability to define metrics and KPIs independently.
- Commercial mindset and ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Comfort working with ambiguous problems and modern data tooling such as Databricks, dbt, and SQL-based transformations.
