What you will do

• Define and calculate KPIs for product and feature launches to track growth.
• Identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to influence the roadmap.
• Analyze A/B tests to ensure accurate conclusions from experiments.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Databricks and QuickSight.
• Develop and optimize the data transformation code base using dbt and Git.
• Collaborate across functions to identify and remove inefficiencies in data workflows.

Requirements

• Expert SQL skills for readable and efficient metric calculation.
• Proficiency with Databricks, QuickSight, and Git.
• Strong grasp of Statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and take natural ownership of outcomes.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Amsterdam.
