Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable reporting solutions, metrics, and data models to monitor business performance.
• Lead the implementation of reporting standards and data governance practices, including automated quality checks and metric definitions.
• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Commercial leadership, translating business needs into actionable insights and data solutions.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to ensure OKR alignment.
• Coordinate team resource allocation and project delivery while mentoring team members to strengthen their analytical skills.
• Contribute to the global BI strategy and analytics roadmap in close collaboration with the Director of BI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or commercial analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring analytics professionals and managing project delivery.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data transformation tools (dbt), version control (GitLab), and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Must be located in the Netherlands and able to work in a hybrid setup with 3 days/week in-office presence.
