Field Service Specialist I (HVACR)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; requires regular travel to hirify.global sites and up to 85–90% overnight field travel.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually.

What you will do

• Install, start up, commission, and verify hirify.global Retail Solutions products and systems on site.
• Terminate low-voltage control wiring and verify I/O connections.
• Load and adjust control programs with support from senior specialists.
• Troubleshoot systems and support defect-free operation.
• Review store prints and wiring diagrams and support new-store and remodel commissioning.
• Train contractors and site personnel and complete service reports, timesheets, expenses, and other documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or controls systems.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training in HVAC/R, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration systems, control logic, and building automation.
• Computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Internet software, email, and Windows.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Ability to travel up to 85–90% and work in environments involving mechanical parts, weather extremes, electrical shock risks, and other field hazards.

• Familiarity with hirify.global, Danfoss, Carel, or similar controllers.
