What you will do

• Set up, operate, clean, and verify products on a Card Press production line.
• Lead line changeovers and operate continuous web converting equipment for multiple-color products.
• Troubleshoot equipment, processes, defects, and other production problems.
• Collect production information and provide daily data reports while meeting quality and schedule standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment and support 5S, ISO, SMED, preventive maintenance, sustainability, and GMP programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience operating complex machinery with multiple material inputs and process stations, or enrollment in or graduation from a two-year Engineering Technology program.
• Familiarity with unwind and rewind turrets, print cylinders, plates, dies, and job ticket requirements.
• Ability to operate machinery independently, inspect equipment and materials, identify defects, match colors, and make rapid control adjustments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and handling materials.
• Ability to work onsite in a noisy industrial manufacturing environment with chemical exposure and required PPE.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience with multi-colored mechanical or servo color UV continuous web flexographic printing equipment.
