Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA (PropTech)

What you will do

• Execute regional talent acquisition strategies and build long-term talent pipelines across EMEA.
• Lead and develop the regional recruitment team through coaching, mentorship, performance expectations, and KPIs.
• Improve recruitment processes, sourcing methods, tools, and candidate experience while maintaining global standards.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on regional talent trends, hiring progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare leadership reports and dashboards, and use insights to optimize hiring decisions.
• Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including progression into leadership roles.
• Previous experience leading and managing a recruitment team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of regional talent markets, industry trends, recruitment best practices, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with recruitment compliance requirements across South Africa, the UAE, and the UK, including Philippine employment regulations.
• Experience with recruitment technologies and strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
• Ability to manage confidential information, drive results, and implement DEI strategies; a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
