Recruitment Outsourcing Specialist / Candidate Engagement & Resourcing Consultant

Location: Remote from South Africa; working hours follow UK/US business hours.

What you will do

• Source active accounting and legal professionals through recruitment platforms such as Indeed.
• Write tailored messages about career opportunities and market prospects.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and conduct warm phone screenings.
• Discover candidates’ roles, technical skills, qualifications, salary expectations, work preferences, and notice periods.
• Present the agency’s value proposition and build trust with candidates.
• Document candidate information in the CRM and hand qualified candidates to Senior Consultants for placement.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or account management is beneficial.
• Experience recruiting in public accounting, legal, or professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence conducting professional phone interviews.
• Ability to build rapport, ask insightful questions, and establish trust with active and passive job seekers.
• Strong organization, goal orientation, and comfort working against structured activity and performance metrics.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn ATS/CRM systems and online recruitment platforms quickly.
