What you will do

• Manage recruitment activities independently from sourcing through candidate coordination.
• Source, identify, engage, screen, and initially assess qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Work with UK-based clients to understand hiring requirements and adapt to their recruitment processes.
• Manage multiple vacancies across different functions and industries.
• Maintain timely communication, provide recruitment progress updates, and build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Proven recruiter experience with strong end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Experience supporting UK-based clients and working with UK recruitment processes.
• Generalist recruitment experience across different roles or industries.
• Strong candidate sourcing, identification, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of vacancies, and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
